Our Research Enterprise Solutions team works with hospitals, universities, cancer centers and research institutions and helps these organizations improve every aspect of research administration performance through transformative change. As part of the Research Services team, you will work with leading physician/scientists, administrators, and other professionals connected to the healthcare, university and life sciences industries on a variety of projects in strategic planning, finance, operations, technology and compliance.

U.S. work authorization is required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
A minimum of 3 years work experience in research administration, clinical research, healthcare, or compliance, and/or experience in the consulting field
Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) on a 60-80% basis annually; work extended hours as necessary
Experience working in an IRB/HRPP office of a university, hospital, or research institute.
Certified IRB Professional (CIP)
Experience with at least one of the following CTMS / CRMS is preferable: Forte Research System’s OnCore™, Study Manager’s Reveal, Velos’s eResearch and Patient Protocol Manager.
Experience in research administration, research strategy/transformation, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance
Previous consulting experience
