5-10 years’ experience in business and technology consulting including enterprise solution architecture and design as well as full-lifecycle implementation.
Previous experience with Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementation projects.
Expertise in any of the following RPA tools preferred: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
Proven ability to identify and support sales opportunities.
Strong problem solving and business analysis experience including development of business case / value propositions.
Strong functional and business process improvement, design / engineering experience.
Proven ability to build and expand executive relationships.
Ability to present and communicate at executive level.
Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff).
Experience participating and leading projects using agile project management methods and tools.
Proven ability to learn and apply technical skills and tools such as VB; .Net; Python; Java; statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems required; or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 80%.
