Position Summary:

This Operations Coordinator is an adminstrative role that will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of Huron’s Engagement Health (EH), a program designed to support consulting engagements in ensuring the highest level of client and team satisfaction. Key responsibilities include administering and tracking the Client Net Promoter Survey, compiling Engagement Health reporting and documentation, interfacing with consulting engagement leadership teams to promote and improve EH adoption and supporting the ongoing development of program needs. This position will report directly to the Engagement Health Manager and serve within the Operations group of Huron’s Healthcare Practice.

  • This role is based in Chicago and is a Corporate position. No Travel requirement.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Administer the Client Net Promoter Survey process, including:

o Distribute the survey within Qualtrics and Salesforce systems across all applicable engagements

o Compile various Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics and reports across the Healthcare Practice

o Follow-up with non-compliant engagements to ensure practice-wide survey participation

o Track trending information such as response rates and engagement score progression to inform future survey process decisions

o Escalate any low survey scores as appropriate

• Manage Engagement Health Dashboards:

o Refresh financial reports monthly for all qualifying engagements

o Update monthly Summary Dashboard for leadership purview

o Coordinate and record project-level financial and operational KPIs

• Maintain Quality Assurance (QA) program organization

• Perform weekly outreach to new engagements to ensure EH compliance across all applicable engagements

• Create and maintain a central repository for Engagement Health metrics and dashboards

• Document EH processes, including the maintenance of SharePoint documentation ,and note-taking for engagement-level initiatives

Qualifications:

-Strong performance in achieving a bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in communication, business administration, operations, or other analytical discipline

-Minimum of 1 year in consulting, operations, or human resource management in a professional services organization or other relevant industry

-Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills to proactively work with leadership to address challenges

-Diplomatic negotiation and communication skills

-Ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines

-Ability to evaluate competing demands and arrive at a solution

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High degree of comfort using computer software and other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Office). Sharepoint experience highly preferred.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Requires use of independent judgment, discretion and decision-making abilities

-Demonstrates a solid understanding of and adheres to all Huron Healthcare compliance program requirement
