The Huron Talent Acquisition (TA) team serves as a trusted advisor and business partner to Huron’s leaders for recruitment at the universities across the nation. As one of the fastest growing consulting firms, our TA team plays a vital role in aligning Huron’s business objectives with talent. This Recruiting Associate role will primarily support our analyst recruiting efforts full-cycle for Healthcare business, focusing on consulting and technical roles. This role is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and plays a critical role in ensuring the attraction and hiring of the best possible talent to meet business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for building/maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting initial candidate conversations, planning and executing office interviews, and serving as the primary contact for candidates promoting a strong employment brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, this position works closely with our internal teams and the Healthcare business leaders to understand hiring need, provide metrics and status reports as needed, and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience for professional services roles or professional services consulting experience
• Outstanding time management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
• Based in Chicago, IL
• Full-cycle recruiting experience within professional services with experience interacting with business stakeholders
• Change agility and strong attention to detail in order to oversee multiple priorities, drive desired results and maintains client and team satisfaction
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ATS technology (Huron uses Avature)
